摘要
采用耦合波分析法,对文献[1]的器件,在模型简化的基础上进行了全面系统的分析,并利用权重因子以及形状因子进行了修正,最终结果与有关文献报道相符。
Using the coupling wave method,a device presented in ref.[1]is analyzedsystematically on the basis of modulating model,which is modified by the effective factorand ratio factor as well.The results agree with those published from some related relatedreferences.
