摘要
提出了一种新型热量表的设计方法,发明专利申请号:200410024500.5。采用TI公司生产的MSP430F135超低功耗单片机为控制核心。基表结构在传统的单流束旋翼式基础上进行了改进,流道入口设分流片,改善流动状况,提高流量检测精度。流量信号的采集采取无磁式不接触方案,通过TMS3723B流量芯片进行控制检测。温度检测采用高精度斜率A/D采样方式,使用控制芯片自带的比较器,结合定时器A实现这一功能。
The design of a new style heat meter was proposed.MSP430F135 was used as control MCU.By adding a leading-flake to the entrance of the wing room,the structure of Single channel and rotary wings was improved,thus improved the flow situation and measurement precision.Flow signals were collected in nonmagnetic and untouched mode under the control of the TMS3723B chip.The slope A/D sampling mode in high precision was applied to measure the temperature.The comparator and timer A of the control chip were used to accomplish this purpose.
