摘要
将黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)受精卵分别加入到单含不同浓度有效微生物EM(E ffective m icroorgan-ism,EM)及含不同浓度EM和50μL/L的重氢硫酸盐复合物的静水中孵化,研究EM和重氢硫酸盐对鱼卵受精率、水霉病发生率的影响。结果表明,EM和重氢硫酸盐均可有效地抑制鱼卵孵化过程中水霉病的发生,提高鱼卵的受精率;而EM及重氢硫酸盐联合作用能有效地延长抑制水霉病发生的时间。当EM与重氢硫酸盐联合使用的浓度分别为8μL/L和50μL/L时,对水霉病具有更强的抑制作用。
The fertilized eggs of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco were incubated for hatching in still water only containing different concentrations of Effective microorganism (EM)or those supplemented with 50μL/L deuterium sulfate (D2 SO4 ). The effects of EM and D2SO4 on the fertilization rate of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco eggs and the incidence rate of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco were investigated. The results showed that both EM and D2 SO4 could effectively inhibit Saprologenia parasitia during the hatching of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco fertilized eggs and increase the fertilization rate. It was also found that combination treatment with EM and D2 SO4 prolonged the inhibition time of Saprologenia parasitia. Moreover, the stronger inhibition of Saprologenia parasitia was observed in the treatment of 8 μL/L EM and 50 μL/L D2SO4.
