摘要
对枯草芽孢杆菌BS-06产生抗真菌素的条件进行优化,确定最佳发酵条件为:培养时间为48 h,装液量为50 mL,初始pH值为8.0,培养基中添加2%麦芽糖、0.2%硝酸钾和1%吐温-80。指出枯草芽孢杆菌BS-06产生的抗真菌素具有较广的抗菌谱,对水稻纹枯病菌、稻瘟病菌、节瓜和冬瓜枯萎病菌、苦瓜枯萎病菌均有较好的抗菌效果,有望开发成生物农药来防治农作物病原真菌。
The condition of an agro-antifungal substance production by liquid- state cultivation with the Bacillus subtilis BS- 06 was optimized. The results showed that the best cultivation condition for BS- 06 was as follows, cultivation time 48 h, liquid volume 50 mL, initial pH value 8.0, adding 2 96 maltose, 0.2 96 KNO3 and 196 tween - 80 in culture medium, This Antifungal Substance has a broad antifungal spectrum, and nicer sterilizing effects on Rhizoctonia solani, Magnaporthe grisea, Fusarium oxysporum f, sp, binincasae and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp momordica charantia . This antifungal substance is hopefully exploited to be a biological pesticide.
