示波管直接直流电压相抵测千伏级脉冲电压

摘要 提出一种可以精确测量千伏级微秒脉冲幅值的方法;经一简单 RC 网络,将脉冲和直流电压同时加到示波管偏转板上,当扫描线保持原状时,直流电压即为脉冲幅值。理论分析表明当脉冲幅值大于500V,其误差<0.25%。对100V 方波进行了测量,并获得了满意的结果。 A method of measuring the voltage pulse amplitude of kilo volts andmicroseconds duration is presented:The pulse and DC voltage are applied to the Y de-flection plates of an oscilloscope simultaneously through a simple RC network,whenthe deflected beam line returns to the original place,the pulse amplitade and the DCvoltage are equal.The theoretical anaeysis shows that when the amplitudc of the voltogepulse is higher than 500V,the measuring error is less then 0.25%.The 100 voltsstandard square wave is measured by this method,the results are quite safisfactory.
