介绍了国内机用丝锥和挤牙丝锥上化学镀覆(Ni-P)-SiC-PTFE复合镀层的应用情况。分别对比了复合镀前后的丝锥性能和质量。给出了丝锥复合镀的工艺流程和工艺配方。结果表明,经过复合镀后,丝锥的性能和质量都有了很大提高。

The applications of electroless （Ni-P） -SiC-PTFE composite deposit to machine and extrusion taps in domestic were introduced. The performance and quality of taps before and after composite plating were compared separately. The process flow and formula of composite plating on taps were presented. The results show that the performance and quality of taps are improved remarkably by composite plating.
