摘要 含有四氢萘的CT-1型添加剂在国内氯化物镀锌中的应用已有很长时间,其性能优于目前市场上的许多同类产品,至今国内仍应用甚广。作者凭借丰富的实践经验,经多次尝试,将丁炔二醇(含量0.04~0.08g/L)妙用在氯化钾镀锌中,大大提高了镀液的深镀能力,满足了某特殊产品的具体要求。介绍了作者对镀锌钝化进行改进的几个实例,其中超低铬一次银白钝化试片腐蚀后裸放3年仍较光亮,低硝酸低铬彩钝工艺(采用了起调色、防锈功能的阳离子)钝化色泽均匀,不易发花,深受用户好评。 Chloride zinc plating with CT-1 type additive containing tetralin has been used for many years in China and widely applied up to the present due to its many superior properties to those of the same type products in today' s market. By right of his rich practical experiences, the author used butynediol in potassium chloride zinc plating successfully( content of 0. 04 -0. 08 g/L) after many times of tests, resulting in a greatly improved throwing power of the plating bath, and thereby the demand of certain special product was satisfied. Moreover, several examples of improvements on the passivation of zinc plate made by the author were introduced. The test piece of super-low chromium and one time silver white passivation developed thor was still bright after being corroded and left by the auexposed for 3 years. And the film obtained by the low nitric acid and low chromium color passivation process( using certain cation with functions of color mixing and corrosion resistance and improved by the author)is uniform in luster and difficult to be blurred, which wins a high opinion from the customers.
