整合素αvβ3在哮喘气道重建中的作用

The Role of Integrin AlphaV Beta3 in Airway Remodeling of Asthma

摘要 整合素是细胞膜表面的糖蛋白,介导细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质的黏附。整合素αvβ3及其亚单位参与哮喘的发生和发展,影响Ca^2+通道.致气道平滑肌的收缩.产生气道高反应性,也可促进气道壁血管的增生致气道壁增厚和增加炎症反应,同时抑制炎性细胞的凋亡增强炎性反应,但它也参与了气道上皮的修复,在修复过程中引起气道壁的纤维化。本文对整合素αvβ3的结构、特性及其在哮喘气道重建发生过程中的作用特点和机制作一综述。
