RNA干扰技术及其在心血管疾病中的应用
RNA Interference and its Application in Cardiovascular Diseases
摘要
RNA干扰（RNA interference，RNAi）是双链小干扰RNA在mRNA水平关闭相应序列及基因表达使其沉默的过程。随着RNAi作用机制研究的深入，其在基因功能研究和基因治疗等方面的应用得到拓展。RNAi作为一种高效特异的工具，在心血管疾病的研究中取得了一定的成果。
