三峡农村移民妇女就业问题研究

Research on women employment of TGP relocates

基于对三峡工程首批农村移民妇女就业历史与现状的调查,重点分析了现阶段农村移民妇女就业的影响因素,指出,土地收成差、新的生产方式尚未完全适应、移民土地被侵占与新添人口没有地导致了移民妇女就业的经济压力大;社会关系网络青黄不接导致移民妇女就业成本高、就业行业受限及就业机会不充分;自身文化技能的限制导致移民妇女就业范围窄、对培训的投入少以及就业缺乏长远规划,并据此提出了相应的对策。

Based on investigation of women employment history and status quo of the first batch of TGP relocates,the influence factors of rural women employment in present stage are analyzed.It demonstrates that poor land profit,being not suitable to new production way completely,relocate's land encroached,and no land for new births cause large pressure of economy and employment on woman relocates.Poor social relation network causes high employment cost,limited employment trade and un-sufficient employment chance for woman relocates.The restriction of education level and production skill of woman relocates causes their narrow employment scope,small investment in profession training and lack of long-term scheme.In the light of these problems,the countermeasures are suggested.
