中药复健片对大脑中动脉闭塞大鼠脑巢蛋白表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究中药复健片对大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型大鼠脑内巢蛋白的影响,探讨其促进神经发生的作用。方法30只大鼠随机分为3组:药物组、模型组、假手术组。用Tamura法造成MCAO大鼠模型,于造模成功后6d,药物组采用中药复方复健片10g/kg灌胃,余2组分别采用同等量0.9%氯化钠溶液灌胃,1次/d,共2周。用免疫组化法观察MCAO大鼠脑内巢蛋白的表达。结果药物组大鼠脑内巢蛋白表达灰度明显增强,与同期模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药复方复健片可显著增强MCAO大鼠脑内巢蛋白的表达,从而促进缺血性卒中大鼠脑神经发生。 Objective To evaluate the effect of the Chinese herb Fujian Tablets on the expression of the brain nestin of MCAO in rats, to study the action mechanism of the herb in promoting neurogenesis. Methods Thirty rats were randomized into three groups: drug group, model group and control group. The Fujian Tablets were given to the drug group orally by 10 g · kg^-1 · d^-1 for two weeks. The iso - sodium chloride (0. 9% ) was given to the other two groups simultaneously. The expression of the brain nestin of MCAO in rats was observed immunohistochemically. Results The expression of the brain nestin of MCAO in rats was significantly increased in the drug group than the other two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Fujian Tablets could strongly enhance the expression of the brain nestin of MCAO in rats, so as to promote the neurogenesis of ischemic stroke.
