上海市长宁区人口老龄化和疾病谱转变对卫生服务的影响及对策研究

Influence of Population Aging and Disease Spectrum Change on Health Service and the Countermeasures in Changning District of Shanghai

本文结合近年来上海市人口老龄化的相关数据和在长宁区北新泾社区进行的焦点组访谈结果,剖析了人口老龄化和疾病谱转变对医疗卫生体系产生的影响。同时以社区卫生服务中心为立足点,总结了目前老年人医疗、护理服务过程中存在的问题,并提出了可能的解决方法,为决策部门提供参考依据。

Combining the date related to the population aging situation in Shanghai and the key group interview results, in this paper we analyzed the impact on the medical system exerted by the trend of population aging and the change of disease pattern. Meanwhile, from the point of community health service center＇s view, we also summarize some problems existing in the current service, and propose some possible solutions to those problems in order to provide scientific evidence for policy - making.
