胎儿宫内发育迟缓胎盘的组织计量观察 被引量:2

Histomorphometric study of placenta in IUGR.

摘要 对妊高征合并胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)11例、IUGR13例、正常妊娠分娩15例患者的胎盘组织进行了形态测定及观察。结果表明:IUGR患者胎盘中代表胎儿循环的三级绒毛干动脉总数、正常动脉比例数及百分比明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。代表母儿交换能力的血管合体膜(VSM)百分比及绒毛间隙容积百分比也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。而标志着胎盘缺氧的合体结节绒毛百分比则显著增高。提示:有IUGR时胎儿循环阻力升高,灌流血量减少是影响胎儿发育的重要原因。 Objective:To study the histomorphometric changes in patients who suffered from IUGR.Design:39 patients including 11 who suffered from PIH with IUGR.Design:39 patients including 11 who suffered from PIH with IUGR,13 with IUGR only and 15 normal pregnant women were included in this study.Results:The results showed that the total number of the stem arteries of the third degree villus and the percentage of the normal arteries in IUGR were significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy(P<0 01).The percentage of villus space volume and vascular syncytial membranes(VSM)which represent the ability of nutrient exchanging between mother and fetus in IUGR were also lower than that in normal pregnancy(P<0.05).While the percentage of syncytiotropholbast nodes was increased in IUGR,which resulted from the anoxia of placenta.Conclusion:Our conclusion is that the important causes that affect the fetal development in IUGR are the higher resistance of blood circulation and the lower exchanging ability. \ \
