应用酶联免疫法测定妊娠晚期血清hPL水平的研究

A study on the serum HPL level of late pregnancy measured by the ELISA method.

用ｈＰＬ（人胎盘生乳素）酶联免疫吸附测定法（ｈＰＬ－ＥＬＩＳＡ）对２５３例正常和高危妊娠晚期孕妇血清ｈＰＬ值进行测定。结果表明：正常妊娠ｈＰＬ值随孕周的增加而增加；高危妊娠孕妇血清ｈＰＬ值多数为低值。同时对部分病例进行了血ＳＰ１和尿Ｅ／Ｃ比值的测定，与ｈＰＬ测定值进行比较，探讨该种方法的实用性。

\ Objective:To determine the clinical value of the HPL-ELISA method in normal pregnancy and high risk pregnancy.Design:The serum HPL of 253 cases of normal late pregnancy and high risk pregnancies were assaied by the HPL-ELISA method.Results:The level of HPL in the normal pregnancies(gestational age was 28-41 weeks)was increased with the increasing of gestational age and it reached its peak level between the 36 and 37 weeks,and then slightly decreased after 38 weeks.While the low level of HPL in severe PIH accounted for 53%,in prolonged pregnancy 32% and in IUGR 56.5%.Conclusion:The HPL-ELISA method is a better method and has clinical and practical value. \ \
