摘要 目的:了解三级甲等医院护士对临床护理专家的认知状况。方法:采用自设问卷对北京市4家三级甲等教学医院护士进行调查,内容包括临床护理专家的临床工作、管理、科研及教学4种基本能力。结果:被调查的2038名护士中,护士和护师注重基本技术操作能力、社会活动能力、协调能力和组织指挥能力;主管护师更注重解决问题的能力;不同职称护士对科研能力和教学能力认识无差异。结论:不同职称护士对临床护理专家的认识有差异。 Objective: To find out the cognition status to clinical nurse specialist among nurses in Class Ilia hospitals. Methods: Two thousand and thirty eight nurses from 4 Class Ⅲ-A teaching hospitals in Beijing were investigated by a serf-designed questionnaire Four basic ability dimensions of clinical nurse specialist were inchuded in the questionnaire: clinical working ability, management ability, scientific research ability and teaching ability. Results: The aspects which were thought high of by junior and senior nurses were basic nursing skills and techniques, social activity ability, negotiation ability, and organizing and leading ability, while director nurses paid more attention to the problem-solving ability of clinical nurse specialists. There were no significant differences of cognition in research and teaching abilities among different kind of nurses. Conclusion: Nurses of different technical post title understand the abilities, which the clinical nurse specialists should have, differently.
