摘要
创业环境研究是创业领域研究的关键问题之一。以资源依附理论和经济学供需理论为理论基础构建创业环境研究理论框架,所构建的研究框架以创业资源需求与供给为基本关系,主要包括四部分内容:即创业企业战略目标决定创业资源需求;比较现有资源与资源需求之间的差距,从环境中寻找弥补资源缺口的途径;环境主体与环境要素之间的映射关系;创业企业应主动去适应环境。
The study of entrepreneurship environment is a key part of entrepreneurship research. Based on the view of resource dependence theory and supply-demand theory in economics, the framework for entrepreneurship environment research is built with entrepreneurship resource demand and supply as the basic relation, including four sections： firstly, the strategic goal determines the resource demand of new ventures; secondly, we find the channels to obtain resource form environment through by comparing the gap between extra resources and resource demand; thirdly, we notice the mapped relation environment actor and environment dement; finally, new ventures should adapt initiatively to the environment.
