葡萄糖、胰岛素对高血压大鼠脑梗塞超微结构的影响 被引量:18

The effects of glucose and insulin on ultrastructural changes of cerebral infarction in renovascular hypertensive rats

摘要 用肾血管性高血压大鼠,在单侧大脑中动脉闭塞前30min分别注射葡萄糖、胰岛素和生理盐水,术后24h处死动物,用电镜观察梗塞灶边缘区超微结构的改变。结果示葡萄糖组血脑屏障的内皮细胞较对照组明显肿胀、变形,胞饮小泡显著增多,线粒体肿胀,紧密连接明显开放,足突高度水肿;神经元线粒体高度肿胀,数目明显减少。胰岛素组上述超微结构改变较对照组轻。 The renovascular hypertensive rats were divided at random into three groups:Glucose,insulin treated and control.The three groups received intraperitoneal injections of glucose,insulin and normal saline respectively at half and hour before MCAO.In the time of 24 hours after MCAO,the animals were killed.The parieto occipital cerebral cortexes located ischemic margin were observed under transmisson electron microscope.The results showed that the endothelial cell of cerebral capillary swelled and distorted obviously,pinocytotic vesicles increased significantly,mitochondria swelled obviously,podocytic processes became edema highly,tight junctions were opened significantly;neurol mitochondria swelled highly and the numbers of mitochondria decreased obviously in glucose group.These changes were slight in insulin treated group.
