摘要
采用无毒溶剂，在无催化剂条件下，用氰乙酸乙酯与多聚甲醛反应，成功地合成了α－氰基丙烯酸乙酯。并用正交试验优化了无催化条件下的合成条件，反应收率达６０％。该法合成工艺简单、产品纯度高，是合成医用α－氰基丙烯酸乙酯的理想方法。
Ethyl-α-cyanoacrylate was successfully synthetized by condensation of Et cyanoacetate with paraformaldehyde without catalyst and toxic solvent.By the orthogonal test,we got better reaction conditions in no catalyst,and ethyl-α-cyanoacrylate was obtained in 60% yield.This method was an ideal synthesis method of medical ethyl-α-cyanoacrylate in which the technology was simple and the product was pure.
