一种简易制备白蛋白纯品及抗血清的方法──凝胶切割制备法

A Simple Method for Preparing Human Albumin and Its Astiserum

利用凝胶切割纯化法得到免疫纯人血清白蛋白（ＡＬＢ），经聚丙烯酰胺凝胶（ＰＡＣ）电泳确认为单一带，经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＣＥ确定其相对分子质量为６７４６２．８０Ｕ，与Ｓｉｇｍａ纯品ＡＬＢ及日本产羊抗人ＡＬＢ抗血清免疫双扩散融合试验验证其为纯品ＡＬＢ。利用得到的ＡＬＢ免疫绵羊制备羊抗人白蛋白抗血清，与日本产品比较，为单价特异性抗血清。

With the gel cutting method, we purified human albumin.By polyacrylamide gel(PAGE)electrophoresis,we identified it is a single band.By SDS-PAGE,we determined its relative molecular mass of 67 462.80 U. Comparing it with standard human albumin produced by Sigma and standard human albumin antiserum produced by Japan,we determined it is the purified albumin. Using the albumin we purified, and immuned sheep and got anti-albumin serum.
