摘要
利用某医院１９８２～１９９３年汇编资料，选用胡琳、于爽设计的医院综合效益评价指标体系，采用秩和比（ＲＳＲ）法对医院综合效益进行评价，反映其动态变化趋势。研究结果显示，该医院在１９８２～１９９３年间综合效益随时间呈递增趋势。究其原因，在某种程度上医院综合效益增加是由投入增加所致，故建议医院管理部门全方位抓质量、提高效益，特别要大力挖掘医院内部潜力。
By using the hospital complication matericals and selecting the comprehensive evaluation index system designed by Hu Lin,we apply the RSR method to evaluating one hospitals comprehensive benefit from l982 to 1993.The result showed that this hospitals comprehensive benefit has the trend of increasing.And the reason is that the hospital has put much more investment than before. So we suggest the manager department of hospital pay more attention to the quality and efficiency of the hospital,so that the great potentiality of it can be tapped.
