摘要
报告４４例四脑室囊虫病，患者均表现为梗阻性脑积水。脑室造影，ＣＴ及ＭＲＩ对诊断与治疗有帮助。治疗方法是直接切除囊虫，必要时行分流手术。
We reported 44 cases of cysticercosis of the 4th ventuicle. All of the patients presented with hydrocephalus due to cysts obstructing the cerebrospinal fluid pathways.Ventriculogram,CT and MRI were helpful to ascertaining the diagnosis and treatment of these cases was direct surgical excision of the parasite at cranitomy with placement of a shunt when necessary.
