The article reports 68 cases of carcinoma in situ of cervix. There is no specific symptoma that can be called characteristic of carcinoma in situ,33 patients suffered discharge,23 had spontaneous bleeding of contact staining after coitus,13 cases were asymptomatic and their lesions were discovered only by screening cytology.Carcinoma in situ was diagnosed finally by vaginoscope and biopsy of cervix and endometrium. Only one patient and recurrence following conization,It is a reliable form of treatment for carcinoma in situ that the extrafascia hysterectomy has been reserved primarily for the patients who desire sterilization.
