摘要 目的:对全国10个地区市售地榆饮片质量进行考察。方法:对地榆饮片中主要有效成分鞣质和没食子酸含量分别进行测定,对饮片的性状、水分、水浸出物、灰分进行考察。结果:10个地区市售地榆饮片质量差异较大。结论:地榆饮片规范化炮制工艺和质量标准亟待建立。 Objective: To investigate the quality of radix sanguisorbae praeparata in the market of ten places in China. Methods: The content of tannide and gallic acid which are effective bases in radix sanguisorbae praeparata were determined. The characteristics, water content, water extracts and ash content of radix sanguisorbae praeparata were also examined. Results: The quality of radix sanguisorbae praeparata in the market of ten places has a big difference. Conclusion: The normalized processing technology and the quality standard of radix sanguisorbae pra- eparata are to be established urgently.
