摘要 目的:全面提高复方陈香胃片的质量标准。方法:薄层色谱法鉴别制剂中的木香、陈皮、大黄。采用HPLC测定制剂中橙皮苷的含量。结果:木香、陈皮的薄层鉴别重现性好、色谱斑点明显。橙皮苷采用HPLC,方法简便,方法学考查均符合要求。结论:可作为复方陈香胃片质量控制指标。 Objective: To improve the quality standard of Fufan Chen Xiang Wei Pian. Method: The contents of hesperidin were determined by HPLC and radix Aucklandiae, pericarpium citri reticulatae and radix et rhizoma rhei were identified by TLC in Fufan Chen Xiang Wei Pian. Result: The TLC identification for radix aucklandiae, pericarpium cirri reticulatae and radix et rhizoma rhei were with good recurrence. For the HPLC measurement of hesperidin in Fufan Chen Xiang Wei Pian, average rate of recovery was within 96. 7%. The RSD and relative coefficient were 2. 9% and 0. 999 9 respectively. Conclusion: HPLC and TLC method was established in the quality control of Fufan Chenxiang Wei Pian.
