反相离子对色谱法同时测定更年灵胶囊中维生素B_1和维生素B_6的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立更年灵胶囊中维生素B1和维生素B6的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相离子对色谱法,以甲醇-庚烷磺酸钠水溶液(15:85)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为270nm,柱温:35℃,维生素B1和维生素B6民理论板数大于4000。结果:维生素B6在0.258-1.935μg呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.74%,RSD=1.11%;维生素B1在0.104~0.78μg呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.32%,RSD=0.87%。结论:此方法快速,结果准确,操作简便,可用于含有微量维生素B1、B6的中药制剂产品质量研究。 Objective: To establish a RP- HPLC method to determine the content of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 in Gengnianling capsules. Methods: The sample was determined by RP- HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -sodium sulfonic acid heptane solution (15:85) . The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. The detection wave- length was at 270nm. The temperature of the column was 35℃. The number of theoretical plates of Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6 are both above 4 000. Results: The Vitamin B6 calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 258 - 1.935μg, the average recovery rate was 97.74%, the RSD was 1.11%. The Vitamin B1 calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 104 -0.78μg, the average recovery rate was 98.32%, the RSD was 0.87% . Conclusion: The RP -HPLC method for determination Vitamin B, and Vitamin B6 is speediness, accurate, simple and suitable for quality studies of Chinese traditional medicine which contains little Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6.
