摘要
讨论了磁带语音信息转化为计算机数字音频文件时的参数选择问题,介绍了磁带语音与音频文件相互转化的过程.基于用计算机声卡录制声音的方法,提出了磁带复录机与声卡配合使用的高速数字化方法:用2块声卡分别接至复录机的正反面语音输出,复录机以4倍速播放声音,声卡同时以高于64kH z的频率采样,采样后的数据经过程序处理转换为正常速率下的音频文件.此方法可提高8倍的效率.
This paper discussed the parameter choice for phonetic tape conversed to the computer audio document. It also introduced the proeess of phonetic tape transforming into the digital audio or vice versa. Based on the method of the computer sound card recording the sound, this paper suggested the high speed digitization method of using the tape duplicate machine combined with the sound card. two sound cards are connected with the two audio output of the duplicate machine, the duplicate machine plays sound 4 times faster, sound cards samples with 64kHz or higher. The data got from the sampling is processed and transformed into the normal speed audio document. This method can increase the efficiency by 8 times.
