WTO争端解决程序中的第三方介入问题及我国的对策研究

第三方介入制度是WTO争端解决程序中的一项具有特色且非常重要的制度。本文介绍了第三方介入制度的形成与发展,并在分析第三方在争端解决中的权限以及第三方介入制度运行的基础上,提出我国作为第三方介入WTO争端解决的对策。

The third party intervention system plays a significant role in the WTO dispute settlement mechanism. This paper introduces the formation and development of this system and also on the basis of analyzing the rights and restrictions of third party and the operation of the system, proposes some countermeasures for China as a third party involved in the WTO dispute settlement.
