摘要
基础教育的对象是青少年学生。不同年龄、不同的个体会表现出不同的心理特征及其精神面貌。尊重学生身心发展的规律,不断促进学生不同个性的健康发展,是做好班主任工作的重要环节。在班主任工作中,促进学生个性发展的策略是:一、培养学生健康心理;二、调动学生非智力因素;三、磨练学生的耐挫力;四、培养学生的宽容心。
The targets of the fundamental education are teenagers, The individuals at different ages will display different psychological characteristics and spiritual state. The key to doing a class adviser' s job well is to comply with the law of students' mental as well as physical development. For the sake of the two points mentioned above, it requires objectively the class adviser' s job should be favorable to develop individuality and display his own interests and advantages, In the course of the class adviser' s job, the strategies of promoting students' individuality development are as follows: first, train students' healthy psychology; second, develop students' non - intelligent factors to the full ; third, strengthen students ' ability to bear frustration; finally, cultivate students' tolerance.
