构建和完善独山花灯艺术传承体系——关于独山花灯艺术传承的再思考

On Construction and Perfecting the Inheriting System of the Art of Huadeng Opera in Dushan County

近年来独山县人民政府大力倡办花灯艺术节,推动了独山经济发展,促进了独山花灯艺术的传承。以举办花灯艺术节为龙头,已逐渐形成花灯艺术传承的政府引领、民间传承、学者研究、专家创作、专业演出的喜人态势。独山花灯传承接下来的问题是如何及时整合社会资源,构建和完善民间文化自觉传承、文化局(馆)与花灯队团引领、基础教育参与及高校特色开课的传承体系,使独山花灯艺术之花焕发出应有的艺术光彩。

The government of Dushan County advocates and hosts the Art Festivals of Huadeng Opera in recent years, which improves the development of Dushan economy and inheritance of Dushan Huadeng Opera. The holding of the Art Festival of Huadeng Opera plays a leading part in forming the pleasant tendency of folk inheritance, scholar research, expert creation and professional performance led by the government for the inheritance of Dushan Huadeng Opera. The problems of the inheritance are concerning how to integrate the social resources, and how to construct and perfect the inheriting system in which the folk culture can play the role to inheritance spontaneously, Cultural Bureaus （Centres） and Huadeng Opera teams can lead the stream with the participation of the characteristic classes in elementary education and colleges. As a result, the art of Huadeng Opera will sparkle with the artistic splendor.
