磺胺类药物(su lfonam ides,SAs)是一类广谱抗菌药,临床上主要用于预防和治疗细菌感染性疾病,还常作为饲料添加剂在动物生产中长期应用。但其在动物性食品中的残留及其对人类健康所造成的危害日益为人们重视。因此,研究SAs的分析测定方法,对于畜产品的安检具有实际意义。本文对磺胺类药物的理化性质、毒理作用及检测方法进行了较为详细的阐述及讨论。

Sulfonamides are antibiotics which have wide antimicrobial spectrum. They are used to prevent and cure bacterial infection diseases and are added into forage to feed animals. But they have been more and more attached importance to the hurt to people by sulfonamides residual in animal food. Therefore,it is acturally significant to study sulfonamides detection in husbandry security. This paper reviews detailedly chemical characteristics, toxicity and measurement methods of sulfonamides.
