经济发达地区乡镇初级中学音乐教育的现状与思考

Current Situation of Music Education of Junior Middle Schools in Countryside amony Developed Areas

随着教育事业的发展,乡镇初级中学音乐教育在管理、师资培养、教育思想等方面的发展成绩喜人,然而在成绩的后面,我们也感受到一些发展的“不和谐”。文章拟从营造音乐氛围、正视音乐课地位、发挥音乐育人功效等方面,谈谈经济发展地区乡镇初中音乐教育的现状及对策。

The management,the teaching resource training,and the educational idea have got a great achievement in junior middle schools＇ music education in towns with the development of education.However,we have noticed there are still some＂disharmonies＂ existing.As concerned as that, this thesis mainly covers how this education is performing and how to create the musical atmosphere, values the importance of music, and puts the educational efforts of music into good use.
