摘要
西施舌是一种双壳类软体动物,经济价值很高.本文对西施舌生活史、摄食代谢、同工酶、凝集素、染色体核型、基因组DNA提取、16SrRNA、保护区和生态条件影响的研究现状,以及人工育苗中诱导催产、幼虫培育、变态附着等加以综述,提出西施舌规模化培育大规格苗种的途径.
The clam,Xishi tongue Coelomactra antiquata (Spengler), is a bivalve animal with a high economic value. This review summarized biology of the clam including life history, ingestion mechanism, isozyme, agglutination, karyotype analysis, DNA, mitochondrial 16SrRNA gene fragment,conservational zone,effect of ecological condition,and artificial breed including induced spawning, artificial breeding of iuvenile,eyebot larval has settlement and metamorphosis, and an approach to large-scale artificial breeding techniques of large seedling was put forward.
