摘要
细菌素是细菌产生的具有杀菌作用的一类多肽,分为广谱与窄谱.本文论述了细菌素的分类、遗传结构和作用机制,以及在食品工业、饲料和临床治疗中的应用,并阐述了细菌素在水产养殖病害防治中的潜在应用价值.
Bacteriocins are bacterially produced antimicrobial peptides with narrow or broad host ranges. The classication,structure and action mechanism of bcteriocins were introduced in this paper, also its applications in food systerm and clinical use were conducted. Undoubtly,it will be an appropriately additives in aquaculture in the near future.
