海绵骨针的制作方法

A New Fabrication of Sponge Spicule

以漳浦海区常见的海绵为实验材料,介绍一种简易的海绵骨针制作方法.该方法应用铬酸溶液在塑料离心管中直接消化海绵,具有反应条件温和,操作简单,骨针完整、清晰等优点.

A new fabrication of sponge spicule is introduced in this article. The main approach of this method as below： sponge specimen is added in a 1.5 mL plastic centrifuge tube,two or three drop of chromate solution is added into the tube,then the whole tube is incubated in 50-60℃ water for 2-3 min. After all the organism is digested,the spicules are washed three times using distilled water. After that the spicule is ready to observe.
