公共服务型政府是市场经济发展的必然要求,也是社会发展的必然趋势。创建公共服务型政府必须强化政府的公共服务职能,建立公共型财政体制和公开透明的行政体制,依法行政。

The government of public-service is not only a necessity of market economy development, but also an inevitable tendency of social development.
