新课程改革背景下专科师范教育存在的问题及应对措施

Problems and Their Counter-measures in Normal Education in Training Colleges under New Course Reform

新一轮基础教育课程改革背景下专科师范教育存在着教学观念落后、课程设置欠合理、教育实践不足、对师范生基础薄弱问题重视不够、师范生合格培养受多种因素干扰等问题,为解决这些问题,使专科师范生适应新课程改革,一要转变教学观念,改革教学模式；二要调整课程设置,加强文理渗透；三要高度重视教育实践；四要完善评价制度,夯实学生专业文化基础,提高综合能力；五要端正专业定位,凸显师范特色。

Under the new basic-course reform, many problems, such as backward education conceptions, improper course setting, no enough teaching practice, etc., exist in normal education in training colleges. To solve these problems, and finally to have students adapt to the reform, we should： i, change the backward conceptions and styles; 2, adjust the improper course setting and strengthen the infiltration of liberal arts and science; 3, attach importance to teaching practice; 4, improve the value system： 5, rectify specialty positioning and present clearly normal education.
