摘要
为进一步了解路侧事故规律的特点,作者利用2004年交通部西部交通建设科技项目之《公路路侧安全等级评估及防护方法研究》课题所采集的数据,从宏观统计分析的角度,对低等级双车道公路(二级、三级和四级)的路侧事故规律进行了深入剖析,分析的角度包括路侧事故数比重、天气条件、车型、事故形态、翻车事故、驶出方向、道路线形、事故黑点等多个方面,以期能够为广大工程技术人员和路侧安全整治工程的决策者提供参考。
In order to get a comprehensive understanding about roadside accidents and offer more valuable informarion to road safety engineer and decision-makers when implementing roadside safety improvement projects,the author utilized accident data, that were collected when ＂roadside safety degree evaluation and best practice for roadside safety countermeasures＂ research project was conducted,to analyze the roadside accident characteristics for low grade two-lane highways.The analysis aspects include：roadside accidents ratio to all accidents, weather condition, vehicle type, accident type, rollover accidents, run-off direction, road geometry, accident black spot and so on.
