摘要
针对高校科研机构的特点,从定性与定量相结合的角度,选择适用的数学模型和评估项目对担任领导职务的学术带头人的业务能力进行评价,试图引导评估对象的工作朝健康正常的方向发展,并逐步建立起科学化的评估体系。
According to the features of research organizations in higher schools,thispaper uses a method of qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis to selectthe appropriate math models and the evaluation items.An evaluation is made to the pro-fessional competence of scholastic leading of holding the leadership post.It is intended toguide work evaluating object and to develop it toward in a healthy and normal direction.Italso helps to establish a scientific evaluation system gradually.
