摘要
对相关区域发展的空间经济分析理论作了简要的回顾。分别从区域经济发展的能级均衡性、竞争与合作、“重复性囚徒困境”博弈等方面论述了区域空间发展的经济驱动力。认为对于区域空间发展的新趋势,特别要注意跨国公司和产业集群在区域空间的兴起,还要对区域中的首位城市进行研究。认为区域规划的精髓在于立足于区域经济发展规律的空间组织。只有真正分析了区域空间发展的主要内在动因,才能构筑一个理想的区域空间形态。
This paper reviews the regional planning theories in economic geography, and discusses the economic momentum of development of spatial from four aspects. This paper argues that the tendency study of the regional planning theories should be concentrated on the importance of multinational company and industries cluster, and on the research of metropolitan area in the region. The author believes that the essence of regional planning lies in a reasonable space layout based on the development rule of regional economics. Only by analyzing the immanency reasons of development of regional space, can we establish an ideal spatial form.
