高校学报的主要职责是连续、集中、全面地反映高校的教学科研成果、展示高校的学术水平、塑造学校形象、培养学术人才,是学校建设的重要组成部分。学报依托高校,他除了一般期刊的社会教育功能外,还对本校的教学科研起着独有作用。学报应融入到学校发展的主流,进一步促进教学科研的发展。学报应该注重提高质量、推出精品,以更好地服务于高校的教学和科研。

The university journal＇s primary function is to continuously, centralizedly, and comprehensively reflect teaching and scientific research achievement of the university, demonstrate the university＇s academic level, portray the image of the school, train the academically talented person, which is an important con- stituent of school constitution. The journal, depending on the university, not only has common periodical social education function, but also plays on inportant role in this school＇s teaching and scientific research. Involved in the school development mainstream, the journal further promotes the teaching and scientific research development, with great attention to improving the quality so as to better serve in university＇ s teaching and scientific research.
