The prime task for prevailing advanced education at college and university is to endeavor to improve teaching quality, enhance teaching performance greatly. The implementation of evaluation on undergraduate teaching is the necessary means to realize the goal. Therefore the deep understanding of evaluation index system is the key to realization of the target on one the hand and on the other hand the down-to-earth work and improving teaching quality through evaluation is the key to improvement of teaching quality and standard of cultivating undergraduates.
