Today is the time that needs innovation and development continuously and the cultivation of creative personnel is the requirement of the time. The role of an advanced school should be based on cultivating creative personnel to realize four transformations on the educational minds and practices and to explore the target mode of cultivating creative personnel. The institution of cultivating creative personnel who will be called for the new age to win the initiative of future education should be established.
