摘要
青年教师已成为21世纪高校教师队伍的主体力量,他们的成长关系到我国教育事业的荣辱兴衰。针对当前青年教师队伍中存在的突出问题,提出加强高校青年教师队伍建设的对策和建议。
Young teachers have become main strength of 21st century university teachers. Their development is of great importance to the rise and fall of higher education. The current existing serious problems among young teachers are analyzed. Viable ideas and measures for the construction of young university teachers are put forward.
