On the Quality Requirements to the University Physical Education Teachers

高校体育教育中,体育教师肩负着培养造就一代具有较高体育素质、体育意识和体育能力、体魄强健的跨世纪人才的重任。完成这一重任关键在于教师的素质。完善体育教师的知识、能力结构以适应当前教育需要,是体育教师应认真研究和高度重视的问题。

Physical education teachers have the mission of training a generation of high quality sports and sports awareness and ability at the turn of the century. The key to accomplishing the mission lies in the quality of teachers. Therefore, the knowledge, ability of the teachers to adapt to current educational needs are what the physical education teachers should seriously consider and put stress on at present time.
