摘要
本文通过对核心能力概念的分析以及对核心能力与竞争优势、战略资源之间关系的分析,给出了核心能力的识别步骤与具体方法。
In this paper, an identification model of core competence has been presented by analyzing the relations among core competence, competitive advantage and strategic resources, and then some steps are proposed to identify the core competence.
