近年来,随着汽车工业的迅猛发展,新材料、新工艺不断应用到凸轮轴的生产中。本文从凸轮轴的毛坯材料、制坯工艺、结构形式选择、工作面硬化工艺、校直工艺和磨削工艺几个方面对此作了简要介绍。

In recent years, new material and new technology is applied continually in the production of camshaft along with the rapid development of the Automobile Industry. The paper introduces roughcast material, process of roughcast product, the choice of structure, process of hardening of working surface, the alignment and grinding of the cam shaft.
