摘要
根据油底壳放油塞座焊缝是环形焊缝特点,通过设计焊接夹具结构,由原来的人工转动焊枪焊接改为被焊接零件自动旋转焊接,焊接速度可提高2~3倍,焊缝质量显著提高,油底壳放油塞座焊缝漏油返修率由原来的05%,降为005%,效果明显,创造了很好的效益。焊接夹具结构装配时,必须保证放油塞座定位块中心与立式微型直流减速电动机旋转中心一致,这样才能保证焊接夹具在大批量生产时正常使用保证焊接质量和焊接速度。
For the oil drain plug seat in the oil sump is characterized with the girth weld, the welding jig structure is redesigned and then welded parts shall move automatically in replace of the former process where operators have to move the welding gun. The welding is speeded up about 2 or 3 times than before and achieve a higher quality and lower repair rate about 0.05 %, which is lower than former value about 0.5 % because of oil leakage from welding line. While assembling the jig, it is needed to align the center of locating block with the rotating center of microvertical DC decelerating electrical generator in order to guarantee the welding efficacy and quality when it is used for production in batch.
