摘要
论证和分析了本钢连轧厂引进的德国AEG公司厚控模型算法与我国自行研制的动态设定型变刚度理论的关系,从而证明了动态设定型变刚度原理用于本钢连轧厂引进的液压压下系统是可行的。同时针对前馈AGC中采样信号出现的奇异项,采用一阶差分法来预测信号变化,对奇异信号进行预处理。实验证明效果良好。
In this paper, the relationship between the dynamic setting─up type variable rigidity AGC developed in China and AGC model algorithms from AEG Company of Germany is analysed. It is proved that the application of the principle of variable rigidity AGC to the hydraulic screw down of Benxi Iron and Steel Company HSM is feasible. This paper also applies the method of first order diffrence to forecast the change of signals, and then pretreats them. A good effect is proved by experiment.
