摘要
流浪儿童教育的目标应该是素质教育而不是文化课教育,未保中心的教育职能应该定位为受助儿童教育的组织者而不是实施者。对流浪儿童的教育要学校教育和机构内教育并重,对流浪儿童进行心理辅导和行为矫正是必要的,但需要将这些服务延伸到其家庭、社区和学校。要根据流浪儿童的特点灵活地开展工作,个案工作要避免急功近利,小组工作是完全必要和可行的,而心理评估的重点应该是长期滞留的儿童。
Target of the education for street children should not be at the education of cultural curriculum,but ought to be at a comprehensive quality education.Just in this sense,the center of protecting children and adolescents ought to position its educational function at those organizers of the education for the rescued children,and not at those playing a major part in educational implementation.The education for the street children should put equal emphasis upon both school education and institutional education.Psychological counseling and behavior remedy are necessary,but they need to be extended to family,community and school.A flexible method of developing task against the features of street children is significant: avoidance of short-term interests for case work,feasible and necessary workshops,and the focus of psychological assessment on those children long staying in the rescuing centers.
