摘要
本文根据某电厂锅炉主汽温串级控制系统的运行特点,提出了一种主调节器改用串有积分器的Smith预估控制和主、副环同时引入主蒸汽流量(负荷)前馈的动态补偿控制方法。经仿真研究表明,该方法既能克服由于建模误差造成的系统失控现象又可消除系统的稳态偏差,是一种鲁棒性较好的Smith预估控制方法。
According to the working characteristics of a power plant main steam temperature cascade control system, this paper prose a new design, in which the major regulator is a Smith predictor with a integrator. At the sametime, the dynamic compensation of load feedfoward is taken both in the major loop and minor loop. The simulation experiments show this method can overcome the system deviation and has high robustness.
